The Board has decided to have quarterly HOA meetings again this year. The dates have been set for:

February 17^th              May 19^th                                 August 18^th                 November 17th

 

February 17^th meeting will be held via Zoom from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Ongoing issues/Reminders

• Slow Down when driving through our neighborhood!
• Our neighborhood is not an ashtray.  Throw your cigarette butts away in your own trash.
• Pick up after your pet!
• Please leave your front and back door lights on at night.   
• If you are out walking and see a piece of trash, be a neighbor and pick it up.
• Sign up to be a part of the SPB Group chat
• Please respond by February 28^th if you have suggestions on updates to the Community documents
• If you are uncertain about Trash P/U dates because of a holiday, go to Indy.gov and look for the listing

Chimney Sweep

Interested in having your chimney cleaned? Contact Linda Bean at lindasusanbean@gmail.com no later than February 26th. If 10-19 homeowners sign up the cost drops to $109 from $159. If 20 or more homeowners sign up, the cost drops to $99. All cleanings will be done within a 2 to 3 day window so flexibility is an asset. Inside access will be required. Linda will coordinate for those that sign up when the cleaning will take place. Any questions, please contact Linda.

Property Services Group, PSG Corner

1.     PSG will be updating their website throughout the month of February. We will be adding an online payment feature that will benefit owners that prefer to pay by credit/debit card.

2.     Maintenance crews will be working on Building # 8 in prep for summer painting.

3.     When conditions permit PSG will reseed areas that had trees removed.

Locations are yet to be determined but will be annoucned via sidewalk chalk at mailboxes & the SPB group chat.

Ongoing issues/Reminders

•  Pick up after your pet!  Waste bags are supplied for you on the southwest and northeast corners of SPB.  Please dispose of your waste bags in your trash only.  There is never an excuse to not pick up after your pet.

• Outside lights are the cheapest and best security we can provide our community.  Please leave your front and back door lights on at night.

Input Welcomed - Community Documents Last October, the Board sat down and read through the Covenants, Bylaws and looked at all our community form in search of obvious updates needed to these documents. The board asks that you please take time this winter to read these documents, all are located on our website, and submit suggestions that you have for updates.  Please be detailed in your suggestions and submit them to info@psgcondos.com These are the documents that we all must live by, so the updates should be community decided.  Please respond by February 28th with your thoughts, ideas, or comments. Group Chat Our community has an active and helpful group chap through the app ‘GroupMe’. If you are still not a member and would like to be then please let a board member or Donita Murphy Sims know.  The Group Chat is used to make everyone aware of security issues, event reminders, lost pets, neighborly assistance if needed and all-around community awareness.           Enjoy a word search. Property Services Group, PSG Corner A new section for 2021, will include topics, concerns or issues that PSG is hearing about the entire community is aware of what is being talked about and what is currently being worked on.  This will add to the transparency that we work to maintain.    The first quarter of 2021, PSG will be working on light repairs, soil and seeding for the areas where trees were removed and chimney work on the upcoming buildings that will be painted.  Recently, the calls that have come into PSG have been issues with the light posts not working and to our knowledge, those issues have been corrected.
