HOA Newsletter will be distributed monthly to
homeowners.

HOA meetings will be held every other month on
the third Wednesday.

If you have lawn maintenance issues that you
need assistance with, i.e., sticks that need picked up, weeding, etc., please
contact Carrie Storms.

If you would like a tree removed, please fill
out the architectural form. Please also get permission from your neighbors if
the tree is shared.

The HOA will discuss three 3 options that
homeowners can choose from if they want to plant a new tree. A architectural
form will be required if planting a new tree

Complaints about homeowners not picking up after
their dog. Homeowner will be issued a letter if seen not picking up after their
dog.
·
Building 6 is currently being worked on as it
will be the first building painted in the summer.
·
The main priority for 2020 Maintenance are the
buildings getting repaired for painting. Please note that any request from
homeowners for maintenance repairs may be detailed depending on the severity of
the issue and budget.
