As summer fast approaches many owners are planning to make updates to the exterior of their home. The HOA would like to remind you that you must get approval from Sandpiper Bay Architectural Committee before any changes to the exterior. This includes windows, doors, decks, storm doors, expanding plant beds etc. The Architectural control form is available on your HOAs website.
